Our Services
Kylo is an international express courier connecting Indonesia to global markets: door-to-door delivery, air freight consolidation, and air charter services, including customs clearance where stated.
Quotes & Bookings
Quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed once we've reviewed your actual cargo details (weight, dimensions, destination, and service type) and is not binding until confirmed in writing.
Your Responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate shipment information, ensuring your cargo complies with the customs and import/export regulations of the origin and destination countries, and disclosing any restricted, hazardous, or prohibited items in advance.
Prohibited & Restricted Cargo
We reserve the right to refuse cargo that is illegal, hazardous without proper declaration, or restricted under applicable aviation and customs regulations. Contact us before shipping anything you're unsure about.
Tracking Information
Shipment status shown through our tracking tool is provided by our logistics tracking system and reflects the latest data available. Occasional delays in status updates can occur and don't necessarily reflect the physical status of your shipment.
Limitation of Liability
Kylo is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs holds, airline schedule changes, or incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the shipper. Liability for cargo loss or damage, where applicable, is handled per the terms agreed at booking.
