When you look up a shipment, the tracking number you enter is sent to our logistics tracking system to retrieve its status.

We use this information to prepare and respond to your quote requests, communicate with you about your shipments, send the service updates you've subscribed to, and improve how we serve customers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing With Service Providers
Tracking lookups are sent to our logistics tracking system to retrieve shipment status. Where a shipment requires customs clearance or coordination with airlines and partner agents abroad, we share the shipment details necessary to complete that step. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

We keep the information you provide for as long as necessary to respond to your request, deliver our services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
